World renowned pianist Tamir Hendelman plays your favorite Valentine tunes on the Steinway, with a mix of the American Songbook, jazz, and love songs. The Betty is partnering with one of Peoria Height's most celebrated restaurants, Hearth, for an elegant dinner prior to the concert. The menu features your choice of filet mignon medallions with a demiglace or sesame seed crusted tuna with citrus-soy dipping sauce accompanied by oven-roasted fingerling potatoes with rosemary and garlic and the vegetable of the day. Your admission includes dinner with a glass of wine, the piano performance, and a glass of bubbly accompanying a flourless chocolate torte with berry sauce for dessert.
