How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online, over the phone by calling 309-570-1532, or at the door! The box office is only open to in-person ticket sales on the day of event once doors have opened (usually one hour prior to start time).
Why do you have online service fees?
Our online service fees cover part of the overhead costs of staffing and running a box office, ticket stock, ticketing software and credit card processing fees, box office equipment, etc. We try our best to keep these fees as low as possible!
Do I need to purchase my tickets in advance?
We encourage you to purchase in advance and usually that’s the cheaper option! Tickets are usually available at the door as well.
Do you have a group discount?
We offer 10% off to groups of 10 or more! These aren’t available online so be sure to call the Betty at 309-570-1532 to purchase tickets for your group.
What is your ticket refund policy?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in the case of cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events.
What is your photo policy?
Flash photography and photography and video recording using professional equipment by audience members are strictly prohibited. The Betty Jayne reserves the right to videotape and photograph rehearsals and performances, including audience, for future promotion.
What’s the seating like? Should I bring a lawn chair?
For a public event, we offer either theatre seating in rows or a mix of high-tops and cocktail tables with chairs, both indoors and out. You’re also welcome to bring your own lawn chairs for live music events in the summer months!
Will the Nanawall be open?
In warmer months, the Nanawall will be open for most live music events, weather permitting!
Can I bring my own food or beverage?
No outside food or beverage is permitted, but beer, wine, mixed drinks, cocktails, and soda are available for purchase at the bar.
Can I bring my kids?
Most of our events are family friendly! We do not have an age restriction unless specifically posted on the event listing.
Do I need to show proof of vaccination or a negative covid test?
Masks, proof of vaccination, and negative COVID tests are not required at this time. We follow safety guidelines set by the CDC, State of Illinois, and local health departments so this is subject to change.
I’m interested in holding a private event here! What areas are available and how much does it cost?
The main room, mezzanine, and green room are all available to rent! Call our events team at 309-570-1532 or email customercare@cafesantarosa.com for all private event and pricing inquiries!
What is your capacity for a private event?
Depending on the event and whether or not it’s indoor or indoor/outdoor, we can hold up to 150 people! For a private indoor event, our max capacity is 120.
Where should I park? Can I leave my car overnight?
We provide parking on both sides of the building, but it can fill up quickly. There is also a public parking lot next to our building as well as street parking. We will not tow your car if left in our lot overnight, but please do so at your own risk. Be sure to lock your vehicle as we cannot guarantee its safety.
Where can I get dinner nearby?
We recommend some of the excellent dining options in the Heights, including Slow Hand BBQ, Sullivan’s, Publik House, Hearth, Oliver’s, and others all within walking distance of The Betty!
Is smoking permitted?
This is a non-smoking facility.
