Join us at the Betty Jayne for Sunday Salutations!

Fresh air will fill the Betty as the instructor leads participants through a one-hour yoga class. Each class will be followed by a cocktail hour giving participants time to enjoy some cocktails and community.

This 6-week yoga series features Yogijanie and Betsy Criss, owner of the Yoga Projeckt. The series will consist of two six-week sessions followed by a full day retreat in September featuring live music and specialty vendors. The Betty’s infamous NanaWall will be open allowing the class to be observed both inside and outside.

This series is suitable for all skill levels. The Betty is offering admission to individual classes as well as session passes! Please be sure to bring your yoga mat as well as any other yoga props you require. We look forward to seeing you at Sunday Salutations!
